Terms Of Services

1) Ordering
• There is a minimum order of $0 per Pickup order, $24 per Delivery order.
• We now offer a permanent menu. Seasonal flavours will be updated on the website monthly.
• Minimum Order Lead Time: 24-72H days. Cut-off Time: By 11:30AM. Subject to slot availability.
• For bulk orders, minimum 50 cupcakes/cookies and above, minimum order lead time of 5 days is required. Email to: WhatsApp TEXT +65 9660 3541.
• We do not accept customisation of any bakes such as, writing of messages, changes in design or sizes, flavours, ingredients, etc.

2) Delivery
• We deliver to any locations in Singapore at a fee of $12-25 per delivery address, except for Jurong Island.
• Delivery time slots are from 11.30am to 2:30pm (Mon-Sun); and 2.30pm to 5.30pm (Mon-Sat). Limited slots are available every day.
• We DO NOT accept any delivery time requests. Delivery shall be made anytime between the time slot selected.
• If you are not able to find a delivery slot, it may be FULL/CLOSED for that date. New slots may come up if there are cancellations/changes.
• Enjoy one free delivery to one address for orders above $120 (central areas), $150 (Changi, Pasir Ris, Jurong, Pioneer, Sentosa, MBS), $200 (Tuas and Changi).
• Orders has to be placed by 11:30AM at least 24-72H before depending on the type of bakes, subject to order slot availability.
• For orders received after 11:30AM, you will be placed on the next available slot.
• Redelivery for failed delivery attempts due to customer/recipient being uncontactable/inaccurate delivery addresses shall be subjected to additional delivery fee.

3) Amendments, Refunds & Cancellations
• Any requests for changes, postponement or cancellations to your order must be submitted at least 48 hours BEFORE your original or intended Pickup/Delivery date, whichever earlier, via WhatsApp TEXT +65 9660 3541.
• NO REFUNDS for change requests or cancellations. Changes to delivery dates may be subjected to ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

4) Storage of Bakes
• All cream bakes must be kept refrigerated before consumption, and best consumed within 3 days.
• Avoid direct sunlight or exposure for more than 1 hour outdoors to prevent the bakes from melting.
• Please ensure that your goods for Pickup or purchased in store are in order before you leave our store.
• We shall not be held liable and shall not refund for any ruined bakes that has left the store or not delivered by our own appointed delivery partners.
